The Fields Group comprises a dynamic team of six highly skilled members: Chris Fields, Sandy Smith, Tori Rowe, Amira Higginbotham, Christy Largacci,  and Lindy Kanouse. Together, they boast an impressive cumulative experience of over 50 years in the real estate industry and have achieved over $140 million in sales volume since the team’s inception in 2018.

The inception of The Fields Group took place in 2017, led by Chris and Sandy. Tori became an integral part of the team in 2020, Lindy in 2023, and Amira and Christy in 2024. Chris Fields, a lifelong resident of Putnam County, possesses an unparalleled understanding of the local real estate market's history and essence. Sandy Smith, equally well-versed, has been an active participant in the Putnam County real estate scene for a decade, supplemented by prior experience in Southwest Florida.

Tori Rowe stands out with her extensive professional background in real estate, law, and insurance, which enriches her distinctive approach to facilitating the home-buying journey. Amira Higginbotham brings a strong background as a paramedic and is enthusiastically building her real estate career. Christy Largacci, a lifelong Putnam resident, entered real estate after her own home-selling experience and is passionate about guiding others through the process.  Finally, Lindy Kanouse efficiently fulfills the role of the team’s administrative anchor, ensuring seamless operations.
